1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1 tablespoon green onions, finely chopped (optional)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
4 large celery stalks, washed and trimmed
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, green onions (if using), garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended and creamy.
Take the washed and trimmed celery stalks and cut them into 3-4 inch pieces.
Using a small spatula or a piping bag, fill each celery piece with the cheddar and bacon filling.
If you have time, chill the filled celery sticks in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Arrange the filled celery sticks on a platter and serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
