- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Beat until smooth and well-blended.
- Stir in the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, minced garlic, and spices until evenly combined.
- Add the Parmesan and mozzarella cheese, mixing thoroughly.
