Ingredients
Scale:
4 cups of ripe watermelon, cubed
2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lime juice
1/4 cup of agave syrup or honey
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Begin by preparing your watermelon. Cut the watermelon into cubes and remove any seeds. For a quicker setup, you can freeze the watermelon cubes for about 2-3 hours.
Once your watermelon is ready, place the watermelon cubes in a blender or food processor. Add the freshly squeezed lime juice and agave syrup or honey.
Blend the mixture until completely smooth, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed.
Add a pinch of salt to the blended mixture and blend again briefly to incorporate.
Transfer the watermelon mixture to a shallow dish or a freezer-safe container.
Place the container in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until firm.
Once frozen, let the sorbet sit at room temperature for about 5-10 minutes before serving.
